POWER FLUSHING

The Master Gas power flush is a deep cleaning process for central heating systems that uses a specialized machine to pump chemically treated water through the system at high velocity to remove sludge, rust, and debris. This process helps improve heating efficiency, reduces energy bills, and protects the boiler from damage caused by dirty water.

What it does:

Removes deposits:Power flushing dislodges and removes accumulated sludge, rust, limescale, and other debris from radiators and pipes.

Improves heat distribution:By clearing blockages, a power flush ensures that all radiators receive heat properly.

Reduces energy bills:A clean heating system operates more efficiently, leading to lower energy consumption and reduced heating bills.

Protects the boiler:Dirty water can cause corrosion and damage to the boiler over time. A power flush helps keep the boiler clean and operating effectively.

How it works:

1. Specialized machine:A power flushing machine is connected to the central heating system.

2. Chemical solution:A chemical solution is introduced to the system, which helps break down and dissolve deposits.

3. High-velocity flushing:The machine pumps the chemically treated water through the system at a high velocity, dislodging and removing the debris.

4. Drain and disposal:The used water and removed debris are then drained and disposed of properly.

Benefits:

Warmer and more even heating: Improved circulation ensures all radiators heat up efficiently.

Reduced energy bills: A clean system is more efficient, leading to lower energy consumption.

Extended boiler lifespan: A power flush helps protect the boiler from damage caused by dirty water.

Improved system reliability: A clean system is less prone to breakdowns and malfunctions.

When you might need a power flush:

Cold radiators: Some radiators may be cool to the touch or only warm at the top.

Noisy boiler: A noisy boiler can be a sign of sludge buildup.
